Heyllo started with a problem we saw up close. Many immigrant business owners in the U.S., like Brazilians running their own companies, wanted to win American customers but couldn't comfortably answer the phone in English. Every call they couldn't handle was a customer lost. So we built an AI assistant that picks up the phone and talks to customers in their own language.
As we worked with those first businesses, we realized the need was much bigger. Some owners just wanted their time back instead of being tied to the phone all day. Others wanted to talk to more customers, from more countries. That's how Heyllo grew from a language fix into what it is today: an assistant that helps any business answer every call.
